In 2005, former President Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, and former Secretary of State James Baker, a Republican, put out a report on how to improve election integrity that made one key point: The country should never adopt mass mail-in balloting because it is ripe for fraud.
Regarding the joint report, the Baker Institute For Public Policy noted recently:
Sixteen years later, many of the recommendations remain relevant. While the COVID-19 pandemic and record number of voters who cast absentee or mail-in ballots raised concerns about the security of the 2020 absentee process, the Carter-Baker report warned: “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”
There is one party that not only favors widespread mail-in balloting to ‘enhance democracy,’ but they also seem to benefit most from it: Democrats.
All of these points are being driven home anew following the recent discovery of ballots cast during the ‘clean and secure’ 2020 election in Harris County, Texas, home to Houston, all of which were either cast on behalf of dead people or in the case of one ballot, a person who has not lived in Houston for decades.
According to Trash Talk Texas, one of the five ballots belonged to a woman who died decades ago.
The site noted that Kathleen Hooey allegedly filled out an application for an absentee ballot to vote in the 2020 election, but in fact, she’s been deceased since 1991. And again, she requested a Democratic ballot.
“That same day, the County Clerk’s Office received another annual application for ballot by mail, including the Democratic Primary, from voter Gloria Chambers who is registered to vote at 10525 Barnham Street in Houston,” the site continued.
“The voter was born in 1946 so she qualifies to vote by mail in Texas. Her application was signed and mailed on time – and was even signed by an assistant/witness named Tomar Bishop. So all looks good,” the outlet noted further, adding: “Except Gloria Chambers passed away in 2010 – 10 years BEFORE this application was signed and mailed.”
On the same day, the county clerk’s office got another Democratic ballot application from one Jessie Burks, which was also co-signed by Tomar Bishop. But Burks, too, is deceased, having passed away in 2015.
“Again that same day, the County Clerk’s Office received another annual application for ballot by mail, including the Democratic Primary, from voter Tommie Bookman who is registered to vote at 5102 Noldale Drive in Houston. The voter was born in 1932 so he qualifies to vote by mail in Texas,” Texas Trash Talk reported, adding that Bookman, a U.S. Army vet who served in Korea, was buried at the Houston National Cemetery in 2016.
That brings us to a fifth ‘voter,’ Sylvia Thomas who is allegedly registered to vote at 10441 Barnham Street in Houston. But Thomas is a resident of New Orleans and has been for around 20 years, the site notes, adding that she did not request an absentee ballot in the first place.
The site also went on to list other similarities involving these five ‘voters’:
— “All five voters who had their identities stolen are voters of color.”
— They were all mailed to the county clerk’s office in a single large package that contained 100 annual vote-by-mail applications, and all were for the Democratic primary.
— The package’s return address was to Gloria Palmer, “a convicted FORGER named in research concerning ballot harvesting in Harris County from both the 2016 and 2018 Primaries.”
The outlet reported further that Palmer admitted on tape that she tries to get elderly voters to submit ballots by mail in support of candidates she works for (Democrats). She further stated on tape that she is a home health nurse, and that gives her access to older voters. And she also claimed that the voters she approaches are on a list that she is supplied, indicating that she is a cog in a far bigger vote fraud operation.
Others involved, including Tomar Bishop, are convicted felons. Texas Trash Talk went on to note that each application that is submitted without a voter’s permission is punishable with jail time, and that time is increased if the voter being defrauded is 65 years old or older. Plus, Palmer submitted more than 100 allegedly false applications in one batch alone; Bishop signed 14 of them.
Vote fraud is not only alive and well in the U.S., it is every bit as bad as the Carter-Baker Commission warned. And Democrats are the party of vote fraud.
